Pre-shoot Checklist

A successful real estate photoshoot starts before the camera comes out. This pre-shoot checklist helps you get your property photo-ready—clean, decluttered, well-lit, and staged to shine. Following these steps ensures your home looks its best and the shoot runs smoothly.

It's important to note that failure to adequately prepare the property may result in the need to reschedule the photoshoot. My goal is to present your property in the best possible light, and rescheduling ensures we can capture the high-quality images.

Exterior Preparation

Remove vehicles from the driveway and front of the property.

Clear away clutter, garbage bins, and unnecessary outdoor furniture or equipment.
