Scheduling & Booking

Photography appointments may be scheduled through direct communication with the photographer. A session is considered booked once both parties confirm the date, time, and details.

At the Shoot

The Client is responsible for ensuring authorized access to the property at the scheduled time. If no representative is present, the Photographer’s professional judgment will be considered final.

The Photographer may remove small distractions but will not perform cleaning, staging, or furniture rearranging. Properties are photographed as-is and must be prepared prior to arrival.

Delivery

Edited photos are delivered within 1–2 business days unless otherwise specified.
Media is delivered digitally via Pixieset to the email address provided.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours notice

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are subject to a $40 cancellation fee

• If access to the property is not possible, the session may be considered a cancellation

• Weather-related rescheduling is allowed at no additional charge

Rights & Usage

All media remains the intellectual property of Jessika Smith Real Estate Photography.
Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for marketing the specific property.

Media may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, or used by third parties without written permission.

Payment

Invoices are issued through Pixieset.
Full payment is required before media download access is granted.
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and supported digital payments through Pixieset.
Cash and checks are not accepted.
